I recently procured the latest DVD of Adam and already viewed it twice. It is very powerful and helps to understand the health issues in a very lucid and simple way. If one believes in oneself at the subconscious level and does the visualisations recommended by Adam in the DVD results are only natural. Be positive and take advantage of the healing power that all of us possess and with Adam's guidance one is assured of real change.
