On the 30th of August I attended a workshop here in Toronto given by a young man named Adam. He calls himself “dreamhealer”. He has written four books up till now and he is only 23 years old. He is gifted with the power of healing. Seeing his mother suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, one day he went into a trance and could actually navigate through his mother’s head. He saw a green pulsing light, it was obvious that this is where the problem was. He grabbed it and pulled it out of her. She did not have an attack since then.
In his new book “Intention Heals” Adam thinks that your health is much more than just your physical well-being. Change requires that you address everything that influences you and how you view your reality. Your intention to change is sincere if it encompasses all aspects of you and your life.
Ask yourself “What do I want?” If your answer is that you want to be healty, say it aloud, shout “I want to be healthy.” Let it resonate within you that this is your intention. Your perception of outcome makes a huge difference.
He then goes to explain about visualization and why visualize. Visualization is a goal-oriented tool to help focus your attention while you take control of your intention. Synchronizing your conscious awareness with your subconscious beliefs. It brings this intention to life by getting all of the cells working together toward achieving this reality.
The three basic steps to create an acuurate visualization are:
1- Know the area of concern, that is the anatomy (can get that from a book or the internet).
2- Understand the mechanism eg. lungs-coughing or kidney/bladder.
3- Picture the body healed and functioning properly. For example if pain is the issue, see yourself now as a pain-free person. Or cancer patients can visualize the white blood cells attacking a tumor and diminishing it.
In the book, detailed exercises are mentioned to many diseeases or disorders. He also has a DVD which I think is more powerful.
