I drove down from Kelowna to attend the workshop on October 29 in Metrotown.
I've spent a bit of time doing a write-up on the changes I've noticed...some documentable...since the workshop.
I've put this write-up in Word format and am attaching the 3-page document to this e-mail.

How Self Empowerment and Intention has helped me in my life
I suffer from a disease. A disease that will last a lifetime if your lucky enough to live that long. It has its grips on Lawyers, Politicians, Doctors, Nurses, Bankers and the list goes on and on. It was like a Cancer that I chose to partake of. A Cancer that I willingly put into my body that would ultimately lead to my destruction.
