While attending the L.A Dreamhealer workshop ... I experienced discomfort/pain in the front of my forehead. (With eyes closed, I also saw a bright white circle of light with lavender/purple and blue light in the center of it.) I rarely ever have a 'head-ache'.... this became more intense during the 2nd session. But desolved after visualizing the waterfall.
2 days later On Tuesday afternoon 3:30pm while at my computer, I felt a sharp pain in my upper right side of the head. It lasted more than an hour. VERY unusual for me to have ANY head pain ... ever. However .... I have had 3 concussions in my lifetime. ...one of them on my R temple (fell/unconscious while ice skating 40 yrs. ago)... one above my R. eyebrow (fell while roller skating 25 yrs. ago) and the other on the back of my head (3 yrs. ago).
At the time, I wondered if this sharp pain was part of a normalizing of the head traumas I'd experienced so many years ago.
