I received my dvds yesterday and watched several times. By 9 pm I experienced severe leg cramps. I stretched and applied ice and still no relief. I decided to apply the "Lightning" & "Fire" I felt the cramps for the last time; I felt tingling through out my body...I found myself grinning from ear to ear:) God bless Adam for sharing...My next application: migraines...
