I have always had a dull ache in my spine between T7 and T8, something I have learned to live with. After the first session I felt as though someone had pulled a knife out of my back. Now I know that this disease is not devastating and incurable as it is described. I want to thank everyone in attendance especially the woman to my left, we had inadvertently touched elbows through the session and it took my fear away.
