I attended the LA workshop Dec 10th. After 1 to 2 days had more energy ( ? endocrine system) and about a week afterwards noticed that I had better range of motion in my right wrist, the site of an old injury. That is all I am currently aware of now.

Could this be your bird? Please ask it? With it's permission could you reveal it in a book, etc.
