 Imagery is really changing the lives of members at Gilda's. This time I'm gong to enjoy teaching out of Adam's latest book and I'm sure the members will get a lot out of it, more than usual. The book is really well done. I've been teaching Imagery for Health since 1980 and it's the best reference I've seen yet. Adam did such a good job.

I also teach Imagery in our Gilda "Pathways To Wellness" Program which we've now put on 5 times. It's a seven week series offering many pathways to wellness. I love teaching at Gilda's and being able to offer something important to the members because I'm so grateful not to have cancer.
