Dear Adam, We attended the October 25th workshop at Bastyr. We came out of curiosity and to experience the energy, but we received more than we expected. During the second group healing, my mother reported that her neck cracked several times, the stiffness was gone, and she felt as if a weight had been lifted off her. My upper back had always been stiff and cranky from a whiplash injury, and after the healing, I noticed my neck and upper back were completely loose and free of the nagging stiffness that I had become accustomed to over the years. Thank you. Also, I have been using the visualization for insomnia and have been sleeping better. When we first got to the workshop, we were greeted by a man we didn't know. We felt very welcomed by this warm, gentle man. He was so kind and loving. Turned out he was Frank, your father. How lucky you are to have such support.
