Here's a man who was in a coma for 6 months: Oct 29, 2003 He went in for surgery again July 14th of this year, at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, SK. He made it through the surgery, but has been in a coma ever since. After 3 treatments. Nov 16, 2003 John has improved again. When my mom and I asked him if he could see us he answered yes. When I asked if he could see me clearly he said, yes. He has been taken off of the oxygen. He is now breathing 100% on his own! We have set up an appointment with his doctor to obtain his medical records. We will probably meet with his doctor sometime this week. John was trying to communicate with us via sign language, but he was unable to control his fingers to that degree. It's unbelievable how much he is improving in such little time!'
