Develop Emotional Bonds
Many of us, but not all, are fortunate enough to have loving family members. Yet at any moment in time, each and every one of us has the opportunity to bond with others as friends. We all need these emotional connections. It requires a give-and-take of trust to make relationships work, but it is well worth the effort. Welcome it and your world becomes a wonderful, loving place to live filled with good, harmonious energy.
Stable and loving relationships have been shown to have a strong and positive influence on health. Those who have made the effort and commitment to develop close relationships with family members and/or friends are healthier. If they do get sick or experience an injury, they recover much faster than people who do not have a net-work of supportive family and/or friends.
