This is wonderful ... I will tel you what happened to me 1 month ago.We were vacationing in Florida,around 10 pm.i developed such arhithmia and chest pain.My husband dos not speak good english and i was woried what would happand.Sudenly i remembered that i can help my self by doing wisualization.as i wisualized my hart pumping normali an dcould see the hart chambers and velves oppening and closin normaly,chest pain subsided.When i woke up in the morning i had no ches pain nore did yhe chst pai returned.
